Together we’re better in machining metal and plastics
The origin of Simulpars
Simulpars, located in Raamsdonksveer, the Netherlands, was founded in 2014. Robert and Jeroen, owners with years of experience in the manufacturing industry, joined forces to maintain craftsmanship within the plastics and metals industry. Jeroen had been running his own business in conventional turning for many years, with Robert running his own compounding company and conventional pressing of PTFE, TFM and PTFE compounds. Their own businesses set the perfect foundation for Simulpars to officially open its doors in 2016.
Our mission
Nurturing craftsmanship in the metal and plastics manufacturing industry
At Simulpars, we cherish the authenticity of SMEs in the metal and plastic manufacturing industry. Our dedication lies with SMEs that focus on machining plastic and/or metal products, paying special attention to the continuation of craftsmanship, especially when there is no clear successor. This allows the original owner to confidently transfer ownership or part of it to Simulpars, thus preserving the company, its employees and its customers.
In addition, there are several options for the business structure, so there is always a suitable solution available for the company in question. In some cases, Simulpars is a 100% shareholder of the company, in other cases the company managers are given the option of a percentage of the share. At Simulpars, every company is unique and so is the ownership.
Support for core business activities
Simplify back-office burden
For companies specialising in compounds, plastic or metal semi-finished products and plastic and/or metal turning and milling, we understand that maintaining focus on core business is essential. Simulpars takes on the role of streamlining back-office-related work, allowing each craftsman to retain their expertise and devote themselves fully to their craft and customers.
On the production floor, our partners work independently under the direction of their own company manager. Simulpars provides support on business topics, such as SWOT analysis and financing issues, HR, certifications, training and development. In doing so, we aim to maintain the modest size of our companies and maintain close involvement.
Autonomy at its best
As an integral part of the Simulpars group, each company retains its own identity, daily production processes and customers. We strongly believe in preserving the authenticity of each company so that there is as little change as possible for staff and customers. Cooperation between the companies within Simulpars allows us to develop joint activities in the plastic and metal production chain, while each company continues to serve its own customers and produce products in its own familiar way.
